Bradley County, TN (Cleveland): Candies Lane Drainage Improvement (City of Cleveland)

This project consists of the re-construction of Candies Lane from Rolling Hills Drive to about 300 feet east of Inverness Drive for a distance of approximately 1,200 feet. Work consists of raising the road surface elevation starting near Rolling Hills Drive and continuing East approximately 700 feet. Work includes the installation of curb & gutter, the installation of approximately 1,150 feet of concrete sidewalk along the south side of Candies Lane, the installation of storm drainage infrastructure, and the replacement and upsizing of the existing drainage culvert under Candies Lane located approximately 550 feet east of Rolling Hills Drive. The project shall be bid and constructed in accordance with the accompanied plans and specifications.
