Wright Brothers Construction Company, Inc. Issues Statement Regarding Recent Video Incident
Wright Brothers Construction Company, Inc. is aware of a video circulating on social media involving a confrontation at a project site that does not belong to Wright Brothers. The footage is upsetting and does not reflect our standard of professionalism and respect.
We want to be clear: the language and behavior displayed in the video are unacceptable. Only one of the individuals works for our corporation, and he was onsite acting as a deputy sheriff. We are actively investigating to determine his role in this event.
Regardless of the circumstances, threats, hateful language, and any form of discrimination have no place on our projects or within our company.
Wright Brothers Construction is committed to fostering a work environment—and public presence—built on respect, accountability, and integrity. We are initiating additional training for all supervisory personnel focused on conflict resolution, respectful communication, and maintaining professionalism in difficult situations.
To those affected and to the public, we want to express our sincere regret and assurance that this matter is being handled with the seriousness it deserves. We will continue to investigate thoroughly, take appropriate action, and ensure our team represents the values we hold as a company.
